Phil's story

After losing his mum, Phil* became homeless and moved into one of our supported houses. With daily staff support, he began to rebuild his life and later progressed to a move-on property.

When we first met Jasmine*, she had already spent a year in temporary accommodation. The council referral didn’t technically fit our criteria, but when Lizzy, a support worker from our Older Homeless Service, arrived for an assessment, it was clear we could be her lifeline.
