Essentials

We give new residents a set of household and toiletry items when they arrive. Often people are coming from sofa-surfing, rough sleeping or temporary hostel accommodation and have not been able to bring many personal possessions with them. Receiving a brand new pillow, duvet and bedsheets encourage residents to see their room as their own space and can be the first step to feeling settled and at home in a house.

Cleaning supplies

A set of new cleaning supplies is given to every resident on arrival. For those coming from insecure housing situations, these small but essential items can make a big difference.
