Our services

Cambridge Cyrenians provides housing and Wellbeing and specialist support (Wellbeing and Independence Services) for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness in Cambridge. Our services focus on creating safe, stable homes and offering tailored support that helps people rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.

Meaningful Activities

Cambridge Cyrenians' Meaningful Activities project helps people experiencing homelessness who are in our services to access education, training and volunteering opportunities. We support them on their journey towards employment and independence.

Supported Accommodation

We provide small shared houses and self-contained flats across Cambridge, offering safe, stable homes instead of large hostels. Our residents are supported to take ownership of their space, feel part of a community, and rebuild their lives with dignity.

Older Homeless Service

Through our Older Homeless Service, we support people aged 45 and over to find and keep safe housing, access health and social care, and reduce isolation.

Mental Health Service

Alongside housing, we provide tailored support to help people move forward. This includes a qualified mental health nurse, counselling service, help accessing healthcare and services, and practical guidance to build stability and independence.

How to access our services

Access to our services is usually via referral from Cambridge City Council or partner organisations. If you are homeless or at risk of homelessness, the council’s Housing Advice Team is the first point of contact.

Our office is open 9-4.30pm on weekdays. If you are concerned about someone who is homeless or rough sleeping, you can inform the Street Outreach Team via the Streetlink website.
