Each year at Cambridge Cyrenians, we invite our residents to share feedback on our service so that we can further understand the value of our work. The surveys also help us to determine what can be improved and what is working well. The results are also used to show the public what an experience of living with Cyrenian’s can be like, and how we aim to make this a valuable experience for all.
The survey is optional to all, and can be submitted anonymously or named. As a result, these results in no way reflect the opinions of all our residents but does provide some insight into what life is like with Cambridge Cyrenians.
We have adjusted our survey for 2021 to further understand the impact that COVID-19 has had on our residents, and how beneficial support services such as our Mental Health Nurse have been too.
We hope you enjoy reading our results and are open to feedback on what you feel should be included in our future studies!
